# PocketHog

> PocketHog is a native iOS app for viewing PostHog product analytics on your iPhone with home screen widgets.

PocketHog is an independent third-party client — not affiliated with PostHog, Inc.

## Setup

1. Create a PostHog Personal API key at Settings > Personal API Keys (starts with phx_)
2. Enable scopes: project (read), query (read), event_definition (read)
3. Optional scopes: annotation (read), annotation (write)
4. Paste the key into PocketHog and select your region (US Cloud, EU Cloud, or self-hosted)

Important: Use a Personal API key, not a Project API key. Project API keys are for event ingestion and will not work.
